Monitors.com is a healthcare technology company providing radiology reading station solutions, including medical-grade displays, workstations, dictation microphones, calibration sensors, and related accessories. Their customers include radiologists, hospitals, imaging centers, and medical facilities that rely on accurate, diagnostic-grade equipment.
I led a redesign of the Monitors.com e-commerce experience with a focus on improving usability, product discovery, and conversion. In parallel, I managed a team of designers producing supporting graphics, product photography, and marketing assets, while collaborating closely with and managing developers to ensure high-quality execution. I also designed advertising, social media, and email campaigns to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
