Summary

Context

Frank’s International, a leader in tubular running and well construction services, needed a modern website that better showcased its technology, capabilities, and product expertise. The legacy site made it difficult for users to find technical product information and understand solution offerings.

My Role

I was responsible for the end-to-end redesign, including research, information architecture, and visual design. I created streamlined user journeys, improved product discovery, brand credibility, and access for technical and corporate audiences.

Design

Positioning Frank's as an Established Industry Leader

The homepage positions Frank’s International as an innovative industry leader. It presents clear pathways with minimal scrolling to key content including solutions, products, company information, news, events, and press releases.

Guiding Users Through Products and Services

The Products & Services landing page gives users a starting point to explore everything Frank offers. Categories guide users toward the right solution, while features like the product catalog and “find a solution” tool allow for deeper, more detailed exploration. The page also showcases the quality of Frank’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities to reinforce that brand image.

Showcasing Products

Each product page provides a break down of capabilities, technical details, and real-world applications to support informed decision-making. Users can also browse related products and solutions and search the catalog to continue exploring options.

Centralizing News and Media Access

Organized media pages provide a central hub for company updates, press releases, and industry insights. Visitors can easily browse announcements, product updates, events, and media resources to stay informed about company activity, innovation, and upcoming events.

Elevating Brand Reputation

The Industry Firsts and History pages visually highlight the company’s innovation history and record-breaking achievements, reinforcing its industry leadership and technical reputation.

Organizing Investor Information

The Investor Relations page uses varied brand colors and banner style to set it apart from the broader site while still aligning with Frank’s identity. It is designed to give stakeholders clear access to financial information, company performance and updates. The layout prioritizes transparency and ease of navigation, presenting stock data, earnings reports, governance materials, and news in a concise, professional format.

Optimizing the Experience Across Devices

To ensure the site worked smoothly across devices, I designed responsive mobile and tablet layouts. I adjusted navigation, content, and interactions to ensure clarity and ease of use on smaller screens.
